Was driving around Jamestown, CA, looking for a good location to shoot when I spotted these cows grazing right next to the road. For some reason, I find them quite humorous. Not as humorous as sheep, but humorous nonetheless. However, there was one menacing black one (not the one seen here in the photo) that stared me down and slowly advanced toward my car with this ominous look on its face. Needless to say, I quickly stepped on the gas and got out of there.

Welcome to the blog!
After sojourning for four years in the Pacific NW and Central California, I'm now in my home state of Texas, residing in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area with my husband Jon.
I adore photographing food, pretty little things and people with personality and a story to tell. There's a lot of beauty to be found, often unexpectedly.
I have a BFA in Photography, a minor in creative writing and a collection of cameras and "props" that continues to grow.
Peruse the blog and enjoy.
