Sofia…
When I met Sofia last May in Costa Rica I was immediately enchanted with her and was so impressed with her spunk, intelligence and attitude. I mean, look at her little stance all confident in her purple dress. A very assertive little thing. Definitely endearing in both appearance and personality.
Even at her young age I could see her keen strength and intelligence. I can’t wait to see what she’s like when she’s older.
And those eyes!! 
I’ve been away for quite a while. The month of May…gone like that. Costa Rica was a great experience but it’s good to be home. Be on the lookout for more images…
In March, we drove through Kansas on our way back from Colorado. Not much there, but still beautiful and painterly in its own way, especially with all the snow. Peaceful. There’s something to be said for wide, open spaces.

There’s a good chance that it’s raining in the Pacific Northwest right now. I lived there for over two years and experienced the wonders of everlasting rain and gray skies. However, when it wasn’t raining I could definitely see the beauty in that corner of the nation.
My good friend, Vicki, and I would go walking in the woods as often as we could. I just love this photo I snapped of her in her pink sleeves and puffer jacket. Also, for some reason, every time I view this pic I have to have it doubled. One pic of Vicki just isn’t enough. I need two!
I have more beautiful photos of the Pacific NW, particularly of the Oregon coastline, but I’ve gotta run! See you next time!
